The Training program on Voluntary Counseling Testing and Lab Services was provided by RATNEI, IHO and Dr. Jean Ho-Jong from Delaware, USA delivered series of lectures during the training

International Health Organization, RATNEI organized five days training programme on ‘HIV/AIDS Prevention and Education’

Dr. Howard Libman, Professor, Harvard University delivered lectures as US Faculty along with other eminent Indian Faculty and Dr. I.C. Kumar (Retd I.A.S) addressed the participants on the Closing day of the training programme

The International Health Organization set up AIDS conferences in India. Dr.Bikash Verma, President of IHO, expressed the concern of the epidemic and the necessity of these conferences for public acknowledgement.
